Eligibility: Girls must be enrolled in Grades 9-12 during the 2025-26 academic school year. PIHL and USA Hockey rules and guidelines for participation in Varsity High School hockey will be adhered to. Players must also adhere to their respective school's requirements for participation in extracurricular activities/athletic teams (physicals, GPA, approval from athletic department, etc.). Prior playing experience is recommended. Players must reside in PA or WV.

Uniforms: The PIHL will provide each player with a game jersey and one pair of socks (included in the player fee).

Season: Tentatively, practices and regular season games will begin in mid-April and conclude with the PIHL Girls Division playoffs and Championship game in late May/early June 2026.

Team Composition: Teams will be formed based upon school districts, geographical locations, and player experience/skill level as much as possible and practicable. Girls that attend the same school shall be assigned to the same team.

Fees: The $150.00 deposit will be applied towards the player fee. The total player fee is estimated to be $1,100 and includes practices, regular season games, playoffs, and uniform (jersey and socks).
