From registration to roster, without the hand-offs
- Registration flows straight into tryouts. Tryout registrants are added to the tryout pool automatically, so there's no exporting or importing players before tryouts.
- Evaluate and decide in one place. Record evaluations digitally on tablets or computers, see which sessions each player was asked to attend, and pull up previous-season evaluations for bubble-player decisions.
- Invites flow straight back into registration. When a player accepts a team invite, StatZone takes them back into registration to complete any additional information and choose a payment plan.
- Estimated fees. Ice costs often aren't final at tryout time. Register players with estimated fees, let families accept their spot and set up a payment plan on the estimate, then update the amount when your treasurer finalizes the price.
