Low processing fees apply only when families pay you, and you choose, activity by activity, whether to pass them on to families. Process enough through StatZone and tryouts, clearances, evaluations, and surveys cost nothing extra. Each tool's threshold is listed below.

Chargeback fees: $25 per card chargeback, $10 per ACH chargeback, $25 per PayPal/Venmo chargeback.
Payment processing is built in, so there's no separate processor to set up.

Tools are free when your organization processes at least the listed amount per year in payments through StatZone: $20,000/yr for tryout tools and for certification & document collection, and $80,000/yr for evaluations and surveys. Below the threshold, tools are $1 per tryout participant per year (no extra charge if that participant goes through tryouts again that year), $1 per person per year (certifications & documents), or $1 per evaluation or survey recipient. Basic websites have a $99 one-time setup fee, and the $9.99/mo or $99.99/yr fee is waived at $100,000/yr in processing. Prices as of August 23, 2026.

Is there a contract or long-term commitment?
No. StatZone has no platform fee and no long-term commitment.
How quickly can we get started?
You can be live in under 24 hours, with everything fully set up and registration open. After your demo, we run an onboarding session with your organization to set up StatZone using best practices: your registrations, pay plans, and volunteer requirements.
Which tools are free, and when?
It depends on how much your organization processes through StatZone each year. Tryout tools are $1 per tryout participant per year and certification & document collection is $1 per person per year (per organization); both are free at $20,000/yr. Evaluations and surveys are $1 per player evaluation or survey recipient, free at $80,000/yr. At $100,000/yr, there's no monthly or annual fee for a Basic website (the $99 one-time setup fee still applies). Below those amounts, the per-use prices above apply. Premium websites, Team Communications, Video Review & Statistics, and league scheduling are always priced separately.
