Player evaluations

  • Send player evaluations to your coaches, with rankings within the team, skill grades, and commentary for each team the player has been on in your organization.
  • Evaluations can be completed anonymously and aggregated. With multiple coaches weighing in, no single coach can rank their own child higher than they should be.
  • Evaluations stay with the player permanently, building a history you can lean on at future tryouts, especially for bubble players.
  • End-of-season evaluations are the most common use. Your organization sets the criteria, and typically several coaches evaluate each team's players. Responses are anonymized, so no one can tell who rated whom. Use the results to give players feedback and as an extra input for placing players at tryouts.
  • In-season evaluations: the Tryout module can also run evaluations during the season, to review at a later tryout or to feed a custom report.

Surveys

  • Membership surveys: honest feedback on what your organization does well and where it can improve.
  • Coach evaluations: anonymous family feedback to guide coaching decisions and help coaches grow.
  • Referee evaluations: constructive feedback, or a way to earn assignments for the season's most important games.
  • Board elections: run board elections with anonymous ballots, limited to one per member, and collect nominations and votes from members in one place.
