We meet with your organization and set up your registrations, pay plans, and requirements using best practices. Moving your website too? Website Conversion migrates up to 15 pages for $499 ($75 per additional page), completed in 1–2 weeks. Import participants from a CSV you prepare; nothing transfers automatically from another platform. Anything else you're carrying over is entered by hand, and we're happy to help. Website Conversion covers website pages only, not rosters or accounts.

You're live in under 24 hours: everything is fully functional and registration is open.
Organizations can and do switch in the middle of a season, though most start with tryouts.
Since switching to StatZone from our former big name sports management platform we have seen significant efficiency gains - particularly as it pertains to registration and payment processing. The ability to manage credits earned by our members and have them applied to tournaments, tryouts, and other fees or activities eliminated the need for us to maintain external spreadsheets and other tracking mechanisms.
I can't believe how much time this has saved me with tryouts this year. Plus I no longer have to worry about accidentally inviting the wrong tryout number to a team.
The long time board members said that this was the first time ever that everyone paid. I gave all the credit to StatZone because I honestly did nothing to chase these people. StatZone did everything.

Request a reference callNo. StatZone has no platform fee and no long-term commitment.
It depends on how much your organization processes through StatZone each year. Tryout tools, certification & document collection, and evaluations and surveys each become free at a set processing level, listed on our pricing page. The Basic website's monthly or annual fee is waived at a level listed there (the $99 one-time setup fee still applies). Below those levels, the per-use prices on that page apply. Premium websites, Team Communications, Video Review & Statistics, and league scheduling are always priced separately.
You can be live in under 24 hours, with everything fully set up and registration open. After your demo, we run an onboarding session with your organization to set up StatZone using best practices: your registrations, pay plans, and volunteer requirements.
You decide. Each organization chooses whether to pass processing fees on to families or cover them itself, and you can decide activity by activity, so each registration, tryout, or event works the way your board wants.
Book a demo to see how StatZone fits your organization. We'll learn about your organization, show you the features that matter to you, and map out onboarding. No platform fee, no commitment, and a hands-on onboarding session that gets you live in under 24 hours.
