- Set obligations on an activity. When you set up an activity families register for, add obligations alongside its fees. They're usually volunteer hours, but you can label them anything.
- Offer a buyout (optional). Set a buyout amount, and families can pay it at registration or later.
- Track and complete. Admins see every obligation and its status on one screen and mark obligations complete. The family gets an email when you do.
- Everyone stays on the same page. Families log in to see their current obligations.
- Outside registration, too. Admins can add an obligation for a member at any time, and the member is notified by email.
